AVAILABLE DELIVERY METHODS:

  • Domestic delivery with GLS Hungary: 1390 HUF
Free delivery for domestic orders over 15,000 HUF.
You can pay in cash or by bank card at the courier.
  • Delivery with GLS ParcelShops: 950 HUF 
Free delivery for domestic orders over 15 000 HUF.
You can select this delivery method when placing your order. First select ’Collecting your parcel with GLS ParcelShop’ and then choose a nearby ParcelShop from the list.
Your parcel can be collected for 5 days during the opening hours after receiving your notification. Average opening hours of the newsstands: 08:00-20:00 MON-SUN.
  • Delivery with FOXPOST parcel lockers: 850 HUF
Free delivery for domestic orders over 15 000 HUF.
You can select this delivery method when placing your order. First select ’Collecting your parcel with FOXPOST parcel locker’ and then choose a nearby locker from the list.
IMPORTANT: You cannot buy our products or collect parcels in our office.

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

Online payment by bank card using Borgun B-payment: free of charge
You can pay for your purchase by bank card right after finalizing your order using Borgun B-payment secure payment. Your data is secured and your card information can not be accessed by third parties.
International delivery can only be paid by bank card using Borgun B-payment.

HOW BORGUN B-PAYMENT WORKS

  • After clicking on ’Order’ you will be redirected to the secured web page of Borgun where you can start the payment by giving your bank card data
  • After filling out the blanks please check your data then press ’Pay’
  • Your transaction will be processed. You will get an e-mail notification detailing your payment information and you will be redirected to our webshop.
  • We accept the following bank cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron

MORE INFORMATION ON ONLINE PAYMENT

  • Payment is free for the owner of the card.
  • Your payment is secured by your bank. If you do not receive your paid package please inform your bank and your case will be investigated. If the seller is at fault, you will receive a refund.
  • Please pay attention to the 3 digit number (CVC2 or CVV2 code) next to the signature of the card’s owner which serves to identify the owner of the card.

Your package will be paid in cash or by bank card on delivery. You will be notified about the delivery date by the courier.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

We process orders on business days and your order will be handed over to the delivery service in 2-3 business days.
Your order will be delivered by GLS Hungary. During busier periods (e.g. Christmas) delivery could take longer. You will be notified via text message by GLS Hungary on the day of delivery. GLS Hungary will attempt to deliver your package two times, after that the package will be sent back to us.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• We deliver to European countries as well. Delivery to a European country is available if you shop on our website. The cost of delivery is based on the weight of the package and the GLS zones and the cost is calculated automatically:
  • GLS zone 1: Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Croatia
  • GLS zone 2: Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Switzerland
  • GLS zone 3: Denmark, France, Vatican City, Italy, Ireland, Monaco
  • GLS zone 4: Lithuania, Latvia, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Norway, Greece, Portugal, Finland
  • GLS zone 5: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Iceland, Albania, North Macedonia, Malta, Turkey, Cyprus, Kosovo, Andorra, Gibraltar
