This mineral salt is responsible for fluid and mineral balance and hydrating dry skin. It regulates the fluid balance between cells and tissues. Nurturing dehydrated skin is a difficult task because skin can be oily and dry skin at the same time. Large pores might be the main sign of the deficiency of this salt and it indicates that the body’s fluid supply is permanently insufficient.
